Art Latte
The Art Latte begins thanks to its two founders, Luigi Lupi and David Schomer in the decade of the 80. Lupi began to develop his technique in art latte thanks to his master barista from Verona, Italy, Piero Merlo, who showed him the bases to make the Capuchins. Lupi says that by the year 1998, when he had already improved the art technique in latte, he dedicated himself to producing a series of videos for baristas to which he called "Decorated Capuchins"; It was then that he found David Schomer, owner of the Espresso Café Bivouac, who also published videocourses with the name "Latte Art" on the net.
