Cold Brew

Cold Brew is the process of preparing a cold coffee in which at no time does the temperature increase come into play to make the infusion. It Consists of infusing the ground coffee with water at room temperature for about 15, 20, and up to 24 hours. It'S A very slow process, but the advantages it offers make it worth the wait.

 

 

METHOD OF ELABORATION 

  • You Will Need A typical Cold Brew bottle with filter
  • Grind to obtain 100gr of coffee to a size similar to coarse salt per liter of water
  • Pour the ground coffee into the bottle filter
  • Add water to room temperature until filling the litre
  • Cover the container properly 
  • And refrigerate for approximately 15-24 hours
  • Serve with ice cubes and enjoy your coffee, you can add milk to taste
