French Press
The French coffee press was patented by the Milan-based designer Attilio Calimani in 1929. It underwent several modifications of design through Faliero Bondanini, who patented its own version in 1958 and began to manufacture it in a French factory of clarinets called Martin SA under the brand name "Melior".
