The geisha variety was first brought to Panama from Costa Rica in 1963 and seems to have found their home in Panama, where today the best geisha originates. It has a saturated sweetness, superior cleanliness and sparkling taste that can range from berries to citrus, mango, papaya and peach.
The Catuai is a high-performance coffee plant, resulting from a cross between Mundo Novo and Caturra. The plant is relatively low and very resistant against strong winds and rain. It doesn't have a marked flavor profile.
