This particular lot of San Ramón receives a special attention from our collaborators. Being collected in an excellent degree of ripening, processed in ecological benefit, traditional or natural washing, resting in wood cellars, piled, carefully selected by hand and then toasted to a medium degree clear.
The geisha variety was first brought to Panama from Costa Rica in 1963 and seems to have found their home in Panama, where today the best geisha originates. It has a saturated sweetness, superior cleanliness and sparkling taste that can range from berries to citrus, mango, papaya and peach.
